Caroline Coffey is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Strategic Capability & Talent Manager at ESB since June 2017. Prior experience includes roles as Senior HR Business Partner and Resourcing & Capability Manager at ESB, where significant responsibilities included overseeing talent management initiatives across various business units. Caroline previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at ESB International, focusing on new business ventures and leading HR projects. Additional expertise includes managing recruitment and selection processes and mobilizing international projects, showcased during tenure as Programme Manager for the HR Centre of Excellence. Caroline holds a BA in Business Administration and Management from the Irish Management Institute and a degree in Marketing from the Marketing Institute of Ireland.
