Frank A. Magnotti has a wealth of experience in the energy and technology industries. Starting in 1982, they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant for NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration. Frank A. then moved on to Bell Labs in 1983, where they served as a Member Technical Staff/ Program Manager. From 1992 to 1998, they worked as General Manager Utility Solutions for AT&T. In 1998, they founded Comverge, where they served as President and Chief Operating Officer. In 2010, they became the CEO of Fluitec, where they grew revenues 400% and increased geographical reach to 69 countries. In 2015, they became a Strategic Advisor for Antioxidant Home Monitoring, LLC. In 2016, they became Board Member for Petram Technologies and President and Managing Director for TenX Consultants, L.L.C., as well as CEO and Member Board Of Directors for ElectrIQ Power.

Frank A. Magnotti began their education in 1974, graduating from Monsignor Farrell High School in 1978. Frank A. then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, which they completed in 1983. In 1985, they attended the University of Southern California for an Executive Program in Telecommunications Management. In 1987, they attended Penn State University for an Executive Program in Business Management. Additionally, they obtained a Certified Lubrication Specialist (CLS) certification from STLE.
