Arjun Balaram possesses extensive experience in operations and product development within the gaming and technology sectors. Currently serving as Head of Operations for The Sims at Electronic Arts since 2010, Arjun has managed business operations, P&L, and executive strategy alignments. Previous roles at Electronic Arts include Director of Product Development for Battlefield mobile and Studio GM for mobile game live services, notably contributing to titles like Plants vs Zombies and Bejeweled. Prior to Electronic Arts, Arjun held positions at Broadcom as Principal Program Manager, Gennum Corporation as Product Manager, Nortel Networks as Senior ASIC Designer, and Infineon Technologies as Digital IC Designer.
