Nicholas Kvaltine

Nicholas Kvaltine is a Senior Data Scientist at Electronic Arts (EA) since October 2021, with previous experience as a Data Scientist at Pinpoint, where machine learning techniques were applied to create models and predictions using data from code and work tracking systems like GitHub and Jira. Kvaltine has also worked as a Contractor at Strangeworks, investigating quantum computing frameworks, and served as a Technical Advisor at MHKKG, writing and moving patents through the patent system. Prior roles include Research Analyst at Ecotope, Inc., focusing on energy metering projects, and a PhD candidate at the University of Virginia, studying the spin structure of the nucleon. Kvaltine's early experiences include participation in the NASA Academy and a research internship in China. Kvaltine holds a PhD and MA in Physics from the University of Virginia, and dual degrees (BS in Physics and BA in Mathematics) from the University of Florida.
