Emma Munson has a diverse range of work experience. Emma currently works as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Electrosoft since 2022. Additionally, they have completed internships in human resources at Prometheus Group LLC and ROI Revolution, Inc. in 2019 and 2018 respectively, where they assisted with recruiting, employee engagement initiatives, and various administrative tasks. Prior to their internships, they worked as a Cashier at The Little Store from 2012 to 2018, providing customer service and preparing food orders. Emma also has experience as a Floor Staff member at Regal Cinemas from 2015 to 2017, where they sold tickets, worked at the concession stand, and maintained theaters. In 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Peer Tutor for Guilford Public Schools, assisting students in various subjects, with a focus on Spanish. Overall, Emma has demonstrated their skills in administration, tutoring, mentorship, and human resources throughout their work experience.

Emma Munson attended North Carolina State University from 2015 to 2019, where they studied Psychology. During their time there, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General, which they completed between 2017 and 2019. In 2020, Emma began their Master's degree at North Carolina State University in Adult, Workforce, and Continuing Professional Education, which they are expected to finish in 2024. Additionally, in July 2021, Emma obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn.
