The Opportunity

As a Junior Technical Writer, you will enjoy writing, editing, and updating content.  Your responsibilities will include gathering information and producing a variety of documentation to help our clients understand our products and help developers to implement and support them. You will work in the Knowledge and Learning team, and you will regularly collaborate with engineers, business analysts, subject matter experts, and others.

Your work will be instrumental in fostering strong and positive relationships with clients, and will have a significant impact on overall client satisfaction.
