Archana Olety Sundar Raju has over 17 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition and HR business partnering. Archana is currently the Head of HR at Elektrobit since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Aptiv for 10 years, where they held the role of Human Resource Leader. In this role, they worked closely with the business to provide opportunities for employees, identify talent for succession planning, and facilitate open feedback. Before Aptiv, Archana worked at Wipro Technologies as an Assistant Manager, responsible for talent acquisition and attraction. Archana also worked at Hewlett Packard as a Staffing Specialist, meeting talent requirements and managing recruitment processes.

Archana Olety Sundar Raju completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Production from the National Institute of Engineering in Mysore from 1999 to 2003. Archana then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources and Marketing from the MP Birla Institute of Management from 2003 to 2005.
