Pam Passman

Pam Passman has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Pam started their career at GE in 1991, where they participated in the Manufacturing Management Program until 1993. Pam then joined GE Healthcare, where they worked in Field Service Management from 1993 to 1998. Later, they held the position of Global Marketing and Operations Management at GE Healthcare from 1998 to 2002. In 2002, they transitioned to GE Capital, where they served as a Master Black Belt from 2002 to 2004 and then as VP of Operations from 2004 to 2008. From 2008 to 2014, they worked as the Strategic Initiatives Leader at GE Capital and later as the Simplification, RFP, and Product Manager from 2014 to 2015. Currently, they are employed at Element Fleet Management, where they have held the roles of VP of Program Management Office from 2015 to 2019 and VP of Business Applications since May 2019.

Pam Passman attended the University of Michigan from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering. Pam later pursued an MBA at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 1994 to 1997.
