Neal Kelley

Neal Kelley has extensive work experience in people operations and strategic consulting roles. In their current position as People Operations Manager at Elementary, they are focused on using computer vision and machine learning to develop intelligent robot assistants. Previously, they worked as a Senior People Operations Consultant at Stacked Collective, where they led data infrastructure and retention transformation programs for consumer brands. In their role at Italic, Neal managed people operations, connecting consumers to top manufacturers for affordable products. Neal also worked in people operations at The Maze Group, a strategic consultancy and investment group. Prior to that, they served as a Director at Post Haste Digital and as an Operations Associate at onefinestay. Neal's experience also includes working as an Artist in Residence at Pepperdine University, where they directed and taught the works of William Shakespeare and other classic playwrights. Neal has also held roles at MANTL, JamFeed, and UMS (University Musical Society).

Neal Kelley attended the University of Michigan from 2009 to 2013, where they pursued their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Performance, specifically focusing on Acting.
