Tate Allen

Tate Allen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 1999, they began their career as a Mechanical Engineer at HRT and worked there for a year before transitioning to Cognex Corporation. At Cognex Corporation, they held several roles including Tech Support Engineer, Senior Applications Engineer, Product Marketing Manager, and Sales Engineer. As a Sales Engineer, Tate successfully grew the territory and managed a network of distributors, machine builders, and end users. Tate then became a District Sales Manager and later a Senior Regional Sales Manager, responsible for logistics. In 2020, Tate joined Berkshire Grey as the Director of Strategic Accounts, where they focused on utilizing AI and Robotics for retail, eCommerce, and logistics. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Sales at Elementary, which they began in 2023.

Tate Allen completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.
