Kristin Lemon

Kristin Lemon has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Kristin started their career at BrownGreer PLC as a Claims Reviewer from September 2012 to July 2013. Kristin then joined Nationwide Insurance as an Underwriter from July 2013 to March 2015. Following that, they worked at Elephant Insurance, where they held various roles including Senior Underwriter from March 2015 to February 2016, Underwriting Supervisor from February 2016 to March 2018, and Ancillary Manager from February 2018 to April 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Partnerships & Integrations at Elephant Insurance, starting from March 2023.

Kristin Lemon obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Consumer Studies from Virginia Tech, where they attended from 2004 to 2008. Kristin further pursued their education and gained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from the University of Phoenix, which they completed from 2009 to 2011.
