Dagmar Ilp

Dagmar Ilp has extensive experience in renewable energy and business development, currently serving as Renewable Energy Development Project Manager at Elering since October 2018, leading the Energy Track & Trace initiative to create real-time digital solutions for renewable energy consumption. Previous roles at Elering included Product Owner for Flexibility Market IT Systems and Project Manager for Flexibility Market Services Development, where Dagmar facilitated cross-border market platforms. Prior to Elering, Dagmar held managerial positions at Citadele banka, Tele2, and Valio, with responsibilities spanning corporate and retail banking, B2C product development, and brand management. Early career experience includes account management and advertising roles at MediaBroker and Postimees Grupp. Dagmar holds a Master's degree in Engineering with a focus on Digital Transformation in Business from TalTech, and additional degrees in Communication Management and International Relations from Tallinn University and Tallinn University of Technology.
