Joyce Thorne

Joyce Thorne is currently the VP of People at Elevate. Previously, they were the VP Global Learning & Development at Integreon from June 2003 to September 2011. There, they built the global Learning and Development function across multiple solutions and locations. Joyce was based in Mumbai, India from 2003 until 2007 as a member of the global executive management team that grew the company from 100 to over 2,000 employees.

At Integreon, Joyce led a global team of 30 employees who were responsible for promoting the company's value proposition to clients. Joyce implemented new solutions and client centers at delivery sites in the UK, US, India and the Philippines. Additionally, they built on-boarding programs and defined workflow, success measures, and SLAs. Joyce also created systematic talent management processes including standardized curriculum development, certification programs and learning effectiveness measures, mentoring, professional development and middle management training programs to improve retention and develop new leaders.

Prior to their work at Integreon, Joyce was a Sr. Trainer Learning & Development for Bear Stearns's investment banking division from August 1996 to May 2003.
