Eric Ehlers

Eric Ehlers has over 13 years of professional experience in Human Resources and Recruitment roles. From 2008 to 2013, they were a Human Resources Specialist at Nammo Talley, Inc. where they planned, implemented, and administered recruiting and staffing programs for multiple locations. Eric then moved on to become a Sr. Recruiter/HR Manager Corporate at Dani Dental Studio | Full Service Dental Laboratory, where they were responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. In 2015, they joined The Home Depot as a Sr. Recruiter, Corporate Talent Acquisitions, where they specialized in gathering market intelligence and industry knowledge to help identify key candidate markets and build a comprehensive strategy for filling critical roles. In 2019, they became a Sr. Recruiter, Corporate at PanTheryx, Inc., where they managed the full life cycle of Global Talent Acquisitions across multiple service lines and disciplines. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Valley Metro RPTA as Manager, Human Resources Recruitment, where they are responsible for the attraction, recruitment, and on-boarding of qualified candidates. In 2022, they will move on to Elevation as Recruitment Manager, where they will manage the end-to-end recruiting process and create strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Eric Ehlers obtained their Master of Business Administration - MBA from California Coast University in the field of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Additionally, they obtained two certifications - Blockchain Basics from LinkedIn in April 2021, and How to Use LinkedIn Learning from LinkedIn in August 2019.
