Tomas Rafael Saraceni has had a varied career in Human Resources. In 2010, they worked as a Procurador at Estudio Gnocchi y Asociados. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as an HR Assistant at Buenos Ayres Refresco SA. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at Danone in roles such as HR Business Partner Jr, HR Business Partner Logística La Serenisima, and HR Analyst. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Glovo as a People Business Partner for Argentina & Peru. In 2021, they began working at PedidosYa as a People Partner Manager for Peru, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Guatemala & Honduras, and also as a People Partner Dmarts. Finally, they currently work at Elevva as the Head of People.
