Dennis Ruggeri

Dennis Ruggeri has a strong background in software development and management. Dennis started their career at Marriott International as a Programmer Analyst, where they provided support to the corporate tax department and worked on internal software projects. Dennis then moved on to Ipreo (formerly Bigdough/Hemscott) as an Internal Software Team Lead, leading a team in the development and deployment of various applications. Dennis then joined Ciber as a Program Manager, overseeing installations of COTS products and ensuring compliance with CMMI Level 3 requirements. Currently, Dennis is the Vice President at Elicere, Inc., where they have spearheaded the development of multiple SaaS products and achieved national recognition for the company's growth.

Dennis Ruggeri completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Union College, attending from 1994 to 1997. Prior to that, they studied at Our Lady of Good Counsel High School from 1989 to 1993. Dennis also obtained a certification as a Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance in August 2022.
