Anssi Talarmo

Anssi Talarmo is an experienced professional with a strong background in automation, project management, and IT service management. Currently serving as the Head of Intelligent RPA at Elisa since September 2017, Anssi manages the RPA Center of Excellence, drives RPA strategy, and oversees various automation initiatives, including AI/ML integrations. Previous roles include Project Manager and Service Manager positions at companies such as Elisa Appelsiini, HCL Technologies, and Nokia, demonstrating expertise in lifecycle service management and continual process improvements. Anssi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering and Management from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences and has pursued additional qualifications in project management, Scrum, and ITIL.
