Johanna Sinkkonen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer insights, strategy, and product management across prominent technology companies. Currently serving as Director of Customer Insights at Elisa since May 2022, Johanna was previously the CEO of Lumoa, an AI-based customer experience platform, from September 2016 to January 2022. Johanna also held strategic roles at Microsoft from 2013 to 2016, focusing on smartphone competitiveness and product management, and at Nokia from 2004 to 2013, where leadership in consumer insights and strategic planning was pivotal. Prior roles include analytics and consulting positions at the Bank of Finland, The Boston Consulting Group, and as a researcher at the University of Helsinki. Johanna holds master’s degrees in Economics and Theoretical Philosophy from Aalto University and the University of Helsinki, respectively.
