Beata Silber, PhD has extensive experience in research and development in the field of health science. Beata is currently working as an R&D Consultant in Health Science. Prior to that, they held the position of Global R&D Director and Innovation at Elixinol Wellness. Beata also served as a Director at Harber Foods and Global Director of R&D and Innovation at H&H Group. Additionally, Beata was the Head of Research and Science Communications at Swisse Wellness. Earlier in their career, they worked at Nestlé S.A. as a Brain Health Innovation & Development Project Manager and Scientific Project Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for generating and leveraging science on brain health, managing clinical trials, and driving innovation and development of business solutions.

Beata Silber, PhD, has an extensive education history in the field of neuropsychology. Beata completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and History at Monash University from 1997 to 1999. Beata then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Neuropsychology at the Brain Sciences Institute, Swinburne University, which they completed from 2003 to 2006. Following their PhD, they further enhanced their research skills by undertaking a Postdoctoral Fellowship through the Marie Curie Fellowship in Lyon, France, from 2006 to 2007. This fellowship was part of the European Research Training Network, allowing their to gain valuable experience and broaden their expertise in the field.
