James Ochoa, MSOD, CQM, is currently the Manager - Zurn Elkay Business Systems at Zurn Elkay Water Solutions where James oversees Continuous Improvement for the Plumbing Supply Chain. With a background in Industrial Engineering and various Continuous Improvement roles at companies like Elkay Manufacturing and Avon, James has extensive experience in leading process improvement initiatives and establishing Lean Six Sigma cultures. Their education includes a MS in Organization Development from Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago, and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
