Paul Owens

Paul Owens possesses extensive experience in pension policy and investment management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Pension Policy at Ellement Consulting Group since March 2021. Owens is a member of several investment advisory committees, including at the Maria Droste Foundation and the Archdiocese of Toronto. Significant previous roles include Deputy Superintendent of Pensions for the Government of Alberta and Plan Manager & CEO of the CAAT Pension Plan, where Owens played a key role in establishing the plan as an independent entity. A strong educational background includes an MBA from Queen's University and multiple certifications in pension and investment management.
