Partner Success Manager at Ellevation Education

Carrie Hill has extensive work experience in the education field. Carrie started their career at Learn NC in 1995 as an online designer and instructor, where they designed and taught online professional development courses for educators, with a focus on ESL. Carrie then worked at Hertford County Schools, NC, from 2001 to 2005, as an ESL Teacher and LEP Coordinator. In this role, they taught ESL to PreK-12 graders in multiple schools and managed the ESL program. After that, they founded ESL Innovations Inc. in 2005 and served as the owner until 2011. Carrie then joined Ellevation Education as a Partner Experience and Training Specialist in 2011, where they provided in-person and online training for new partners and assisted in the onboarding process. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Partner Success Manager at Ellevation Education.

Carrie Hill attended Campbell University from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Spanish Language Teacher Education. At an unknown time, they also pursued an ESL License at North Carolina State University.
