Namita Manohar has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2014, they began as a Teach for America Corps Member, dedicating two years to teaching in urban and rural public schools. Namita then transitioned to become a High School Math Teacher at Weldon City Schools from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, Namita worked as a Computer Science Teacher at RePublic High School, teaching introductory courses in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additionally, they served as a District Campaign Coordinator at ENC STEM and a Global Leadership Adventures Mentor. In 2019, Namita attended the Nashville Software School bootcamp, where they gained skills in full-stack development using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, C#, .NET, and SQL. Following the bootcamp, they worked as a Junior Full Stack Developer at Measurement Incorporated from 2019 to 2020, and later as a Software Developer 1 at National General Insurance from 2020 to 2021. Currently, Namita is a Software Engineer at Ellevation Education since November 2022. Their experience includes creating full-stack CRUD applications, developing APIs, utilizing version control systems, and working on voice application development teams.
Namita Manohar completed their education in a chronological order. Namita obtained a Teaching License-Standard from the Tennessee Department of Education in April 2019. From 2019 to 2020, they attended the Nashville Software School to pursue Full Stack Development. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2014, Namita attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree, with a minor in Spanish for the Professions and Biology, specializing in Chemistry.
