Barbara Stahley, MSc, PCC has a diverse work history with experience in managing, recruiting, and providing advisory services. Barbara worked at Ellig Group from 2017 to present, where they conducted global recruitment campaigns for C-suite and executive leaders in various functions and industries. Barbara has a track record of delivering diverse and inclusive candidate slates. At IIC Partners, they served as the Leadership Advisory Services Interest Group Leader from 2019 to 2022.

Prior to that, Barbara worked at Chadick Ellig Executive Search from 2010 to 2017, where they held various roles including Managing Director. In 2002, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management & Organizational Analysis from King's College London, which they completed in 2003. During this time, they also participated in a semester abroad program at the University of Reading in 2001.

In terms of certifications, Barbara Stahley obtained an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies in 2018. Additionally, in 2019, they earned a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coach Federation.
