Kim Baker

Kim Baker has 20 years of executive experience in health care. Prior to being named as Chief Operating Officer at Ellis Medicine, Ms. Baker served as President of Continuing Care for St. Peter’s Health Partners. Ms. Baker has also previously served as the Vice President of Operations at Landmark Health, a risk-based provider of in-home medical care.

Ms. Baker is a Board Member of the Innovative Health Care Alliance of New York (IHANY), a Clinically Integrated Network focusing on alternative payment models in Albany, New York. She received her Master's Degree from the University of the Pacific, and is board-certified in Speech Language Pathology. Ms. Baker completed her acute rehabilitation clinical fellowship year at Rancho Los Amigos Medical Center in Los Angeles, California.
