Tram L. has over 19 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Tram began their career in 2002 as an HR Assistant II at Suburban Hospital. Tram then moved on to EG&G Technical Services in 2003 as an HR Generalist II. In 2004, they were hired as an HR Generalist II at Apogen Technologies, which was later acquired by QinetiQ North America. In 2005, they were hired as a Sr. HR Generalist at TAMSCO. Tram then worked at The Aspen Group in 2007 as an HR Manager. From 2008 to 2016, they worked at JBS International, Inc. as a Senior HR Business Partner. In 2016, they became an HR Director at ISN Corp. and then in 2018, they were hired as an HR Manager at Manhattan Strategy Group. Most recently, in 2021, they were hired as an HR Manager at Ellumen, Inc. where they helped the company obtain Top Workplace employer recognition through the Washington Post and was also recognized as a STAR performer of the month. In their roles, they have overseen compensation & benefits administration, communications, and managed 3rd party relations, coached employees and leaders to cultivate company culture and values, ensured company compliance as a government contractor, managed end to end recruiting process, directed and oversaw performance management systems and processes, and lead, supported, and developed direct reports.
Tram L. obtained a B.A in Sociology from the University of Maryland. In 2021, they received a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education. Additionally, in 2006, they received a Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) from HRCI.
