Sharon Richardson

Sharon Richardson has over three decades of experience in client support, sales, and service provider relations within the financial and education sectors. Currently serving as Lender Relations Lead and National Service Center Analyst at ELM Resources since February 2006, Sharon emphasizes relationship management, consultative solutions, and project management. Prior roles include Sales Support at Sallie Mae, AVP of Service Provider Relations at JP Morgan Chase, and Director of Marketing and Client Support at Chase Education First. Sharon’s foundational experience began in student loan operations at First Niagara Bank, along with earlier positions in the banking industry. Sharon holds a Banking Diploma from the American Institute of Banking and has a strong educational background in math and science from various institutions.
