Katie Robertson

Katie Robertson is an experienced account manager currently with ELMO Software since September 2019, responsible for all sales development representative activities in New Zealand. In this role, Katie focuses on new business opportunities, training new team members, and consulting with clients to understand their organizational needs. Prior to ELMO Software, Katie was a team manager at EIMS, where leadership of business development agents across various global markets and the establishment of performance benchmarks were key responsibilities. Katie's career began as a tax assistant at Chiene + Tait and a customer service consultant at Bank of Scotland, showcasing a strong background in client management and service excellence. Recently, Katie has been furthering education in holistic therapies at the New Zealand Institute of Health and Fitness.
