Dimitra Rizzi has over 35 years of experience in the foodservice industry. Dimitra began their career in 1985 as a Franchise Area Director at Wendy's International, where they successfully designed a franchise business plan format and improved sales and profits. From 1994 to 2001, they worked at Bruegger's & Jacobs Bros. Bagels as an Operating Partner and Director of Company Operations and Human Resources, improving profitability by $350M within the first four months of their position. From 2001 to 2006, they served as VP Sales Planning and Retention at Sara Lee Foodservice, where they managed top 500 key accounts with revenue in excess of $75M. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as VP Sales at Farmer Bros. Co., managing top 1000 key accounts with $200M in sales revenue. From 2011 to 2013, they were SVP Sales and VP Strategy & Retention at Rewards Network, where they were responsible for developing customer and market specific sales strategies, initiatives and action plans to improve sales productivity leading to improved growth and retention. Finally, since 2019, they have been the Chief Executive Officer at Elohi Strategic Advisors.
Dimitra Rizzi obtained their MBA in Business & Finance from Benedictine University between 1994 and 1996. Dimitra also obtained a Prof G Certified Strategist certification from Section4 in July 2020.
