Reinier Kasper (MCIPD)

Reinier Kasper (MCIPD) has over 13 years of experience in the recruitment industry. In 2007, they joined Robert Half International in Amsterdam and was later transferred to Dubai to become part of the founding team for the Middle-Eastern operations across the MEA-region. In 2012, they became the Head of the International Recruitment Division at Investigo. Following this, they were the Head of Finance & HR Recruitment Practice at McGregor Boyall from 2014-2016. In 2016, they co-founded Aventus Global Talent, and then moved on to become the Head of People at Demium in 2019. In 2020, they pursued a Masters degree in Human Resource Management at Arden University. Currently, they are the Head of Talent Acquisition at elopage.

Reinier Kasper (MCIPD) completed a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management at Windesheim from 2000 to 2004. Reinier then obtained an Associate member (Advanced Level 7 qualification) from CIPD Qualifications. Reinier is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resource Management at Arden University and is expected to complete it in 2022.
