We are searching for an innovative Director of Demand Generation to join our marketing team, and drive leads from content marketing, events, partnerships, and paid media channels.
The ideal candidate is a player-coach with a track record executing innovative marketing campaigns for high-growth SaaS companies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Implement and oversee innovative marketing campaigns, including content marketing, paid social and search, email marketing, events, ABM, and partnerships.
Own the revenue pipeline and drive full funnel marketing in collaboration with the sales and client services team.
Partner with the sales teams especially BDR/SDRs to develop outbound plays to complement our inbound marketing strategy.
Lead a high-performing demand gen team and external agencies.
Manage the demand generation budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to maximize growth efficiency and ROI on a global scale. You will drive the financial modeling of campaigns with the team, ensuring optimal use of the marketing budget.
Analyze data and track marketing performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
What You Offer:
7+ years of experience in roles of increasing responsibility in B2Bl demand generation targeting mid to large enterprises, with proven pipe creation and revenue generation. ● Experience in B2B SaaS start-ups or high-growth companies
Proven expertise in demand generation, especially events, community building, and partnerships.
Fluency in paid media and a strong track record in financially modeling campaigns. ● An innovative mindset, eager to drive change and make an impact in the technology marketing industry.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers.
Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
A growth hacker mentality full of curiosity, creativity, and results-driven. ● Passion for data and marketing funnel metrics; you can identify and size different growth opportunities and the various ways to meet them.
Expertise in marketing KPIs, demand generation tactics, integrated campaigns, and sales outreach and enablement concepts, and industry best practices.
Oversight of demand-gen annual budgets and driving predictable repeatable outcomes at scale.
