Shweta Harit

Shweta Harit has a diverse and extensive work experience in various global companies. Shweta is currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Elvie, where they hold a senior executive role and leads all marketing and commercial teams. Prior to their current position, Shweta worked at Danone as the Global VP for evian and Volvic, where they held this role for four years. Shweta also served as the VP Marketing Transformation and the Director of Corporate Brand at Danone. Before their time at Danone, Shweta worked as the Senior Director Global Brand (VP) at Kellogg Company. Shweta was also the Head of Marketing at ghd and had a significant tenure at Unilever, where they held several roles such as Senior Global Brand Director for Dove Masterbrand and Global Brand Director for Dove Hair & NeXXus Salon Hair care. Shweta also served as a Global Brand Manager for Dove Hair and Lifebuoy at Unilever. Shweta began their career at Unilever as a Customer Development Manager and then transitioned to the role of Regional Brand Manager for Lifebuoy. Prior to Unilever, they held the position of Area Sales Manager at Britannia Industries Limited.

Shweta Harit completed a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from TSEC in 1996. Shweta subsequently pursued an MBA with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Mumbai, which they completed in 1998.
