Nataliia Horban has been an International Recruiter for Laba, SKVOT, and ELVTR since 2022. Prior to that, they were a Foreign Language Teacher since 2019.

Nataliia Horban attended V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University from 2017 to 2022, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in German Language and Literature.
