Michael Decore

Michael DeCore has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Michael is currently the Director of Business Development at Elwood Corporation, starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Hitachi Industrial Equipment & Solutions America, LLC as a National Account Manager from August 2021 to June 2023, and as a Sales Engineer from June 2020 to July 2021. Before that, they were a Sales Account Executive at MidCo Inc., Security Division from January 2020 to April 2020. Michael also has experience as a Regional Sales Manager at Framo Morat, Inc. from November 2018 to December 2019, and as an Account Executive at MidCo Inc., Security Division from March 2017 to November 2018. Michael has an extensive background in sales and distribution management at WITTENSTEIN in North America, where they held multiple roles from August 2008 to January 2017. Michael also has experience as an Inside Sales Engineer at Panasonic Electric Works Corp. of America from June 2007 to August 2008. Earlier in their career, they worked at Molex as a Technical Inside Sales Representative from August 2004 to June 2007 and as a Machine Builder from November 1999 to August 2004.

Michael DeCore has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from DePaul University. Michael also obtained a certification as an ISO 9001:2015 Internal Quality Systems Auditor (TPECS) from BSI in 2016.
