Cindy Drommond

Cindy Drommond has a diverse work experience in the legal and compliance field. Cindy is currently serving as the Director Legal and iGaming Compliance at EM Group, where they provide guidance and execution of both legal and compliance matters for their iGaming clients. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Compliance for the Curacao office at Trustmoore, where they provided guidance on AML, KYC, CDD, contracts, policies, and handled legal matters. Cindy also worked as a Legal Counsel at KPMG Beheer N.V., where they specialized in contract law, employment law, corporate law, and acted as a corporate secretary. Cindy has held similar roles at Vissers Advocatuur BV, Gibo Groep, and KME Juristen, gaining expertise in employment law and providing legal support to organizations. Additionally, Cindy has experience as a juriste arbeidsrecht at Bureau voor Arbeidsrecht and served as a secretaris at Foundation Call for Homes. Cindy began their career as a stagiaire juridische afdeling at DAF Trucks NV, where they assessed the applicability of European guidelines for contracts.

Cindy Drommond completed their primary education at Maria basisschool from 1984 to 1991. Cindy then attended KSE from 1991 to 1997, where they obtained their VWO degree in Foreign Languages and Economy. Later, Cindy studied European and International Law at Tilburg University from 1997 to 2003. In 2010 and 2011, they pursued Legal Studies, General at SBB opleiding.
