Dave Harran

Dave has more than 20 years of experience in local public works and public utility management and has led several large and medium-scale water and sewer systems in his career. Dave brings a deep understanding of utility management, industry knowledge, and technical background. He has extensive experience guiding workforces, identifying organizational improvements, workflow optimization, and providing change management projects from planning through implementation to reach efficient operations and department performance for his clients. Dave is a former President of the Detroit-Metro American Public Works Association and has previously received the “Young Professional of the Year” award from MI-AWWA. He also carries an S-1, D-4 Waterworks System Operator license from the State of Michigan.
