In 2013, Carmen founded and served as the Managing Director of i-identify inc, where they developed executive recruiting solutions. Carmen also held roles at Farber Group, PhelpsGroup, LHH Knightsbridge, Keen Technology, Brainhunter Inc., People Exchange Inc, The Laudi Group, and Executive Facts Inc, where they gained expertise in business development, talent solutions, and recruitment consulting. Throughout their career, Carmen has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the executive search industry.
