Chris Hardy - Executive Search and Leadership Advisory

Chris Hardy has extensive work experience in executive search and leadership advisory. Chris Hardy began their career at The Coca-Cola Company in 1982, where they served as the Market Development Manager for Central & Southern Africa. In this role, they managed new packaging and products for the company and distributed marketing and sales equipment throughout the bottler network in South Africa.

Chris Hardy then moved on to work at Vendall (Pty) Ltd as Managing Director from 1991 to 1995, and at Airomatic as Marketing Manager from 1995 to 1998. Chris Hardy joined Nu Metro as an Operations Executive from 1998 to 2000, before transitioning to Deloitte Consulting as a Principal Search Consultant from 2001 to 2004.

In 2004, Chris joined EMA Partners South Africa as the Managing Partner. Chris Hardy then took on the role of Director at EMA Partners UK from 2008 to 2010. In 2013, they became the Chairman at EMA Partners International, before assuming the role of Vice President Finance in 2017.

Throughout their career, Chris has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in executive search and advisory, making him a valuable asset to any organization.

Chris Hardy has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Economics from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, which they obtained from 2008 to 2014. Chris Hardy also attended Thomas More School from 1977 to 1978 for high school education.
