Emre Polatkan

Emre Polatkan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation. Currently serving as the Head of CRM & Loyalty at Emakina since February 2021, Emre oversees marketing strategies to enhance client relationships. Emre has previously held positions such as CRM Strategist and Growth Lead, where innovative, data-driven strategies were developed for client engagements. Prior to Emakina, Emre worked at NMQ Digital in roles focused on user engagement for brands like Ultimaker and Philips, and at PVH Corp. as a Marketing Automation Specialist bridging business and technical teams. Emre's career began at NMQ Digital, progressing through various marketing automation and operations roles. Emre holds a Master's degree in Business Information Systems from Boğaziçi University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Marmara University, complemented by studies at SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
