Emmanuel Ibok, MIB has a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 2007 as a Utility Banking Officer intern at Unity Bank Plc, they then worked as a Business Development Executive Trainee at Eden Elite Concept Sdn Bhd. in 2011. In 2012, Emmanuel became a Business Studies and English Language Tutor for the National Youth Service Corps in Nigeria. Moving forward, they joined Intel Corporation in 2014 as a Business/Sales Operations Analyst for their EMEA region, where they played a key role in driving sales operations and implementing Salesforce. Emmanuel then joined Salesforce in 2015 as an EMEA Customer Success Strategy and Analytics professional. In 2017, they became the Manager of International Sales Operations at Yext, where they helped structure and close significant deals. Currently, Emmanuel is the Global Lead of Client Success Operations at Emarsys, an SAP company, where they continue to excel in customer success operations management.
Emmanuel Ibok, MIB, holds a Master in International Business from Grenoble Ecole de Management, which was obtained between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Studies at the University of East London from 2009 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications, including Change Management, Desk.com Basics, and Analytics Cloud Selling Basics from Trailhead by Salesforce in 2016. Emmanuel Ibok, also holds certifications as an International Manager from the National Commission for Vocational Certification in France (2015), The Versatile Salesperson from Wilson Learning (2015), and Graduate Chartered Manager from the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) in 2012.
