Swati Prabha

Swati Prabha serves as the Donor Relations and Impact Manager at Ember since February 2023, focusing on fundraising for clean energy transition projects in Europe and Asia while enhancing donor engagement through impact reporting and grant management. Previously, Swati held leadership roles at Generation India, where Swati generated over $9M in blended finance partnerships, and at Save the Children, India, where Swati developed a $1M partnership portfolio for humanitarian aid. With experience spanning various organizations, including Anantatva Communications, Synergie, the Association for Stimulating Know How, and Mobile Creches, Swati has cultivated partnerships, directed program initiatives, and managed cross-team collaborations. Swati holds multiple degrees in Social Work, including a Master's in Social Work from Delhi University.
