Austin Garza

Austin Garza has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and managed security. Austin currently works as an Infrastructure Engineer at EMBER Managed Security and IT since 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at Appalachia Technologies, LLC. Austin served as a Sr Network Operations Center Engineer from June 2019 to July 2022, where they were responsible for client patching and onboarding new clients. Before that, they worked as a NOC Analyst and MSSP Analyst from September 2017 to May 2019, handling tasks such as network monitoring, management suite deployment, and software patching. Austin also served as a Service Desk Lead from March 2016 to October 2017, overseeing client tickets and providing escalation support. Austin started their career as a Systems Technician at Appalachia Technologies in March 2013, providing on-site support for multiple clients in education, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors until September 2017.
