Carol Huffman

Carol Huffman has over two decades of work experience in the healthcare industry. Carol currently holds the position of Vice President Strategic Partnerships at EmblemHealth since 2017. Prior to this, Carol worked at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey where they served as Director of Government Programs from 2016 to 2017. At Independent Living Systems, LLC, Carol held the position of Chief of Staff from 2013 to 2016. Carol also had several roles at Aetna, including Business Initiatives, Operations at Aetna Medicaid from 2011 to 2013, and Chief of Staff, Business Operations Finance from 2007 to 2011. Carol started their career as a Tax Director at Aetna Inc. in 1997.

Carol Huffman earned an MBA degree from the University of Hartford from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a BGS degree from the University of Connecticut in 1994. Carol also has a certification in Profit From The Positive Certificate Program, obtained in 2016.
