Farida Batchi

Farida Batchi, MPH has a diverse work experience in healthcare administration and operations. Farida worked as an Operations Team Lead at EmblemHealth, where they led projects and managed leadership reports for commercial and labor large group renewals. Farida also provided training and resources to team members on new processes and systems. Prior to this, they served as a Case Installation Sr. Specialist and collaborated with Medicare sales teams to provide concierge services and training. Farida also contributed to creating policies and procedures for department auditing. Farida held the position of Case Installation Resolution Specialist at EmblemHealth, where they collaborated with the commercial/labor large group sales team, ensured accurate group installations, and provided concierge services to account managers. Farida focused on prompt resolution of internal and vendor issues and conducted in-depth research to identify root causes. Before joining EmblemHealth, Farida worked as an HEDIS Associate at Anthem, Inc., where they distributed requests for medical records and performed document abstraction for HEDIS audits. Farida ensured timely completion and accuracy of records. Farida also gained experience as an Information Associate at St. Peter's Health Partners, where they performed receptionist duties, provided administrative support, and transcribed medical records. Farida Batchi, MPH completed their education at the CUNY Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy, where they obtained a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree with a focus on Health Policy Management from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended the University at Albany, SUNY from 2013 to 2016, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology with a concentration in Public Health. Farida also holds additional certifications as a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certified and as a Project Management Essentials Certified from the Management & Strategy Institute.
