Jim Karagiorgis

Jim Karagiorgis has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in operational business intelligence, quality management, vendor operations, and customer service. Jim has held leadership positions at EmblemHealth, where they served as Vice President in various roles, including Operational Business Intelligence & Quality, Vendor Operations, and Customer Service. In these positions, they focused on improving business performance, member loyalty, and customer experience through process efficiency, performance management, change management, and organizational development. Prior to working at EmblemHealth, Jim worked at HIP Health Plans as a Managing Director, leading business transformation initiatives to improve productivity and quality. Jim also worked at Vytra Health Plans, where they served as Chief Transformation Officer and Director of Technology, Quality and Training, leading customer-focused business transformation initiatives, Lean Six Sigma deployment, and Voice of the Customer processes.
