Matt McKinney

Matt McKinney is the Chief Risk Officer and ERM Vice President at EmblemHealth, where responsibilities include overseeing the organization's ERM Program since August 2020. Previously, Matt served as Global ERM Program Manager at CHS Inc., where efforts focused on enhancing the ERM Program and contributing to Business Resilience efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier experience includes roles as ERM and Business Development Advisor at MVM Group and Director of ERM at Breitburn Energy, where a comprehensive ERM Program was developed. Additional past positions include leadership roles at Chevron and Unocal Corporation in risk management and compliance. Matt began a career in enterprise risk management at Deloitte, providing services to Fortune 500 companies. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Iowa.
