Missy Stokke

Missy Stokke has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in operations management and insurance adjustment. Currently serving as Operations Manager for Planning and Construction at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University since 2013, Stokke also works as a Multi-Line Insurance Adjuster for residential and commercial properties in an independent capacity since 2005. Additionally, Stokke has held managerial roles at National Catastrophe Partners since 2011, overseeing TPA and field management alongside field adjustment duties. Previously, Stokke was a Project Manager at Sodexo at ERAU from 2000 to 2013. Stokke holds Bachelor's Degrees from both Daytona State College and the University of Central Florida.
