Veronica Flores

Veronica Flores, MBA, PMP, currently serves as a Project Manager at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where responsibilities include planning and executing diverse technology projects, such as generative AI chatbots and course registration applications. Previously, Veronica held the role of Director of Enterprise & Engagement Applications at California State University, Monterey Bay, leading the Project Management Office and overseeing strategic enterprise product support teams to enhance technology services across the campus. Various other positions at California State University, Monterey Bay included Director of Student Information Systems, Lead Student Information Systems Business Analyst, and Campus Service Center Manager, each contributing to the improvement of administrative services and student technology systems.
