Michelle Caridi

Michelle Caridi is an executive level human resource professional with over fifteen years of experience. Michelle currently holds the position of Vice President of Administration at Emerge IT Solutions and also serves as the Director of Human Resources. Michelle has a strong background in business management, change management, process development, and employee development. In addition to their role at Emerge IT Solutions, Michelle is also the Studio Manager at Justin Caridi Photography and has served on the Board of Directors for the Black and Bluegrass Rollergirls. Prior to their current roles, Michelle worked as a Unit Manager at Citi. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Northern Kentucky University.
