Noel Decker, MS, PMP has extensive experience in project management within the biopharmaceutical industry. Noel currently holds the role of VP and Head, Science & Development Project Management and Business Operations at Emergent BioSolutions, where they are responsible for developing and implementing project management systems and processes. Noel also coordinates operations across the Science and Development function and builds infrastructure to support portfolio and business objectives.
Prior to this role, Noel held positions as Senior Director, R&D Project Management, Strategy, and Operations, and Director, CMC Project Management, Vaccines, where they provided oversight of operations strategy, planning, and execution. Noel also served as a Senior Project Manager, leading the advancement of a novel anthrax vaccine from Phase II through Phase III and procurement under pre-EUA.
Before joining Emergent BioSolutions, Noel worked as an Associate Scientist and Microbiologist, conducting laboratory testing and quality system initiatives. Noel also has experience as a Certified Pharmacy Technician at Sparrow Health System, where they gained expertise in aseptic IV admixture, order entry, and compounding.
Noel's educational background includes a Master of Science degree, and they are a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

They also have an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Molecular Biotechnology from Lansing Community College.
